While we’re confident you’ll love our treats, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to make things right while keeping things sweet!
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when we shipped them.
- Bulk Candy Favors (sold by weight)
- Bulk Wrapped Candy (sold by weight)
- Any candy where the sealed packaging has been compromised
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact our friendly support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and details about why you’re requesting a return or exchange.
- We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your package.
- Securely pack the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip with your return authorization number clearly written on it.
- Ship the package to the address we provide (shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, we’ll process the return of the original item and create a new order for the replacement item. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
