Shipping Information

We ship our sweet treats worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Here’s what you can expect:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
    Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50
    Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we’re confident you’ll love our sweets, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to keep things sweet!

Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in their original packaging
  • In the same condition as when we shipped them

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on the following products once their packaging has been opened:

  • Bulk Candy Favors (sold by weight)
  • Bulk Wrapped Candy (sold by weight)
  • Any candy where the sealed packaging has been compromised

We can only process returns and exchanges for items in their original, unopened condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our friendly support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and details about why you’re requesting a return or exchange.
  3. We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your package.
  4. Securely pack the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip with your return authorization number clearly written on it.
  5. Ship the package to the address we provide (shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product:

  • We’ll process the return of the original item
  • Create a new order for the replacement item
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
